Hörmann HSE4-868-BS, modern 4-channel handheld transmitter with a matte black color. The Hörmann HSE4-868-BS is equipped with 4 push buttons that you can individually assign to different drives/functions. This handheld transmitter is suitable for controlling Hormann series 3 drives, and can also be used for Hörmann series 2 garage door openers from 2005 onwards. The handheld transmitter is self-learning (from transmitter to transmitter). You can also program the handheld transmitter on the receiver.
The Hörmann HSE4-868-BS (matte black) is a Bi-Secur handheld transmitter and is suitable for receivers with improved security of the wireless connections. This transmitter is compatible with Hörmann handheld transmitters with blue buttons (868Mhz) and the BS (Bisecure) handheld transmitters. The handheld transmitter is not compatible with Hörmann handheld transmitters with Green, Yellow, Gray or Orange push buttons.
The transmitter is factory fitted with BeSecur codes under the buttons.
The transmitter can immediately learn both the fixed code 868MHz (blue buttons) and the BiSecur 868MHz from another (master) transmitter.
If you use the 868MHz fixed code (blue buttons) and you do not have a source transmitter and you want to teach this transmitter to the receiver/motor, you must first convert the code of the buttons on the transmitter to the correct fixed code. See the manual for this (reset + extra pressure on the print switch)
