If you have a transmitter from Crawford / Assa Abloy, pay close attention!

For example, if you have the transmitter K045615, then that is a transmitter that can be set in 2 different codings. The old 460 system from 1990 and its successor in 2006, the T60 system. This also applies to the Tele Radio T60TX-01SHL / T60TX-01SHL / T60TX-01SHL and all other 1st generation T60TX transmitters. The factory will be closed in 2024 with the functionality to equip transmitters with the option to revert to the old 460 system.

How can I see if I have a 460 system or a T60 system?

If you have a transmitter with type designation 460, then it should be clear. If there is a system switch in your transmitter (see images below) and it is set to '1', then you are using the 460 system. If it is set to 'ON', then you are using the T60 system. Another option is to provide the exact type of receiver. We can also deduce from this whether you are using 460 or T60.

Do you have a 460 system?

There are no longer any alternatives available for transmitters operating on the 460 system. You can connect a T60 receiver in parallel to the existing receiver, allowing you to continue using both systems.

Do you have a T60 system?

For transmitters operating on the T60 system, all T60 transmitters are compatible. You can continue to expand until the receiver's memory is full. Then you can place a 2nd receiver in parallel for more transmitters, or use a receiver with more memory locations. If you use a group code (all transmitters have the same code), you can use an unlimited number of transmitters.

NOTE: 460-system

Does your transmitter have a 'system switch' (1 DIP switch) in addition to the 10 DIP switches and is it NOT set to 'ON' but IS set to '1'? Then your transmitter is in the older '460 mode'. These new transmitters NO LONGER support the 460 mode and are then NOT COMPATIBLE!
