Do you no longer have a working handheld transmitter? You can also register the hand transmitter directly on your garage door opener.
Do you have an Alldoorco transmitter? This is not compatible with this digital 382.
If you use the receiver 339.2, 340.2, 343.2 or the 344.2, you can program this transmitter in addition to the other transmitters. The receivers can store multiple codes.
Available in 433Mhz and 868Mhz, check carefully which frequency your current handheld transmitter has.
