Optical safety device to protect against unsafe closing of the door.
An invisible beam monitors the opening under your gate. If this beam detects an obstacle, the door will immediately reverse and open completely. If the light beam is interrupted by an object under the gate, the gate will not even close.
A photocell can also be a pulse generator. When a pedestrian/car interrupts the beam, you can use it to open a door, switch on the lights, or any other automation.
A reflector prevents you from having to install a cable to the other side of the passage.
This photocell is IP66 and therefore also suitable for outdoor use. Fog and pollution can affect the operation or distance.
